临床药师参与治疗反复发热的急性肾盂肾炎患者的病例分析

摘　　要：目的探讨临床药师参与反复发热的急性肾盂肾炎患者药物治疗的作用。方法临床药师参与1例急性肾盂肾炎患者抗感染治疗,根据患者的病情变化,临床药师与临床医师共同协商,分析不良反应发生原因,提出药学建议,制订适宜的治疗方案并随时修正。结果与结论患者病情好转予以出院。临床药师将药学专业技能优势和临床实践相结合,不断提高药物治疗水平,提高患者用药的安全性、有效性。Objective To discuss the roles of the clinical pharmacists in the antimicrobial agent treatment. Methods The clinical pharmacist participated in the treatment of an acute pyelonephritis patient,for modifing the treatment protocol and analyzing the drug adverse reaction.Results and conclusion Clinical pharmacist with pharmaceutical professional skills has played a positive role in improving the clinical efficacy and safety of drug treatment.
