阿奇霉素潜在的致心律失常不良反应的研究状况

摘　　要：阿奇霉素属大环内酯类抗生素,有良好的临床抗菌疗效。然而其心脏毒性逐渐增多,主要包括心律失常及心源性猝死等。2013年美国食品药品监督管理局(FDA)警告阿奇霉素可能增加心血管死亡的风险,由此引起了国内外广泛关注。本文综述了阿奇霉素的临床应用、国内外有关心脏毒性观察性研究及个案的报道以及可能的心律失常机制和防治等。Azithromycin is one of macrolide antibioticsis with potent antibacterial activity. However,the cardiac toxicity is being gradually increased,which mainly consists of cardiac arrhythmia and sudden cardiac death. In 2013,the United States FDA warned that azithromycin may increase the risk of cardiovascular death,which has caused widespread concern world widely. This article reviewed the clinical application of azithromycin,the proarrythmic case report,the underlying mechanism of arrhythmia,prevention and treatment of arrhythmia induced by azithromycin. The article might provide a literature foundation for clinical practice and underlying proarrythmic mechanism study of azithromycin.
