摘  要:合成不同甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)/丙烯酰胺(AM)质量比的两亲性共聚物P(MMA-co-AM)乳液,制备天然胶乳(NRL)/P(MMA-co-AM)乳液共混膜,研究NRL/P(MMA-co-AM)乳液质量比对共混膜性能的影响。结果表明:与NRL/PMMA乳液共混膜相比,NRL/P(MMA-co-AM)乳液共混膜表面孔洞大大减少,拉伸强度提高;当MMA/AM质量比为27/3、NRL/P(MMA-co-AM)乳液质量比为80/20时,NRL/P(MMA-co-AM)乳液共混膜的拉伸强度增幅最大,耐溶剂性能提高。Amphiphilic copolymer P(MMA-co-AM)emulsion with different mass ratio of methyl methacrylate(MMA)/acrylamide(AM) was synthesized,and natural rubber latex(NRL)/P(MMA-co-AM)emulsion blend film was prepared. The effect of different mass ratio of NRL/P(MMA-co-AM)emulsion on the properties of blend film was investigated. The results showed that,compared with NRL/PMMA blend film,the number of holes on the surface of NRL/P(MMA-co-AM)emulsion blend film was reduced significantly,and the tensile strength increased. When the mass ratio of MMA/AM was 27/3 and a mass ratio of NRL/P(MMA-co-AM)emulsion was 80/20,the tensile strength growth and solvent resistance of NRL/P(MMAco-AM)emulsion blend film were the best.
