摘  要:目的评价高原驻训对医护人员自主神经系统(ANS)功能的影响。方法针对60名医护人员,分别于平原期和高原期检测心率变异性(HRV)、精神压力指数和心脏功能指数,将两次检测结果进行自身配对分析。结果与平原期相比,高原期被试HRV指数中平均心率(Mean HR)、身体压力指数(PSI)值显著增高(t=5.84、3.01,均P<0.01),心率变异标准差(SDNN)、总能量(TP)、极低频(VLF)、低频(LF)、高频(HF)、连续性差异的平方根(RMSSD)值显著降低(t=-3.52、-2.7、-1.94、-2.41、-4.01、-3.48,P<0.01或0.05);精神压力指数中ANS平衡、压力指数值显著增高(t=2.30、3.68,P<0.01或0.05),ANS活性、抗压能力、心脏稳定性值显著降低(t=-2.32、-3.70、-4.02,P<0.01或0.05);心脏功能指数中血管弹性值显著增高(t=2.69,P<0.05),微分脉搏指数、每搏输出量值显著降低(t=-3.88、-4.14,均P<0.01)。结论高原低氧环境导致驻训医护人员ANS功能减弱,心脏稳定性下降,抗压能力降低。[Objective]To evaluate the influence of plateau training on function of autonomic nervous system( ANS) among medical staff.[Methods]The heart rate variability( HRV), mental pressure index and cardiac function index of 60 medical staff were tested at the plain period and the plateau period, and the results were matching analyzed. [Results]Compared with the plain period,the level of Mean HR of HRV index, physical stress index( PSI) in plateau period were significantly higher( t =5.84, 3.01, all P 〈0.01). The level of SDNN,TP, very low frequency( VLF), low frequency( LF), high frequency( HF) and RMSSD were significantly lower than that in plain period( t =-3.52,-2.7,-3.52,-2.41,-4.01,-3.48, P 〈0.01 or 0.05). The level of ANS balance in mental pressure index, pressure index increased significantly( t =2.30, 3.68, P 〈0.01 or 0.05), the level of ANS activity, anti pressure ability, stability of heart decreased significantly( t=-2.32,-3.70,-2.32, P0.01 or 0.05). The level of vasoactivity in cardiac function increased significantly( t =2.69, P 〈0.05), and the differential pulse indexe and stroke volume decreased significantly( t=-3.88,-4.14, all P0.01).[Conclusion]The low oxygen environment of plateau could suppress the ANS function, heart stability and anti pressure ability of medical staff training in plateau.
