摘  要:目的研究职业性焦炉逸散物接触对作业工人肝功能的影响。方法选择河南省某焦化厂焦炉工551人作为暴露组,同时选择该地区无焦炉逸散物职业接触史的128名健康人作为对照组。按照接触焦炉逸散物的时间加权平均浓度将暴露组分为A、B、C 3组,分析不同浓度组工人和对照组的肝功能指标的变化。结果暴露组工人焦炉逸散物时间加权平均浓度的超标率为20.35%;暴露组的丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)活力异常检出率高于对照组(P<0.05);总胆红素(TBIL)和直接胆红素(DBIL)异常检出率与对照组相比,差异无统计学意义。结论长期接触焦炉逸散物可对作业工人的肝功能产生影响,导致ALT活力升高。[Objective]To study the effect of occupational exposure to coke oven emissions( COEs) on liver function of workers.[Methods]511 coke oven workers from a coking plant in Hean Province were enrolled in the exposure group, and 128 healthy people who have not been exposed to COEs in this area were recruited in the control group. According to time weighted average concentration of COEs, the exposure group was divided into Group A, B and C. The liver function indexes of different groups were analyzed. [Results]The exceeded standard rate of time weighted average concentration of COEs in the exposure group was20.35%. The abnormal rate of alanine aminotransferase( ALT) activity in the exposure group was higher than that in the control group( P 〈0.05). The differences in abnormal rate of total bilirubin( TBIL) and direct bilirubin( DBIL) were not statistically significant between the exposure group and the control group. [Conclusion]Long-term exposure to coke oven emissions can influence the liver function of workers, and induce the increase of ALT activity.
