摘 要:目的了解北京市昌平区餐饮业18岁以上的厨师血脂异常现患率,为进一步制定血脂异常预防控制策略提供依据。方法采用多阶段随机抽样的方法,随机抽取餐馆、宾馆、饭店等单位的18-60岁的常住厨师,在过去1年内于当地居住超过6个月的,包括非北京户口的所有在京人员,进行一对一的询问调查及集中进行医学健康检查。结果共调查昌平区餐饮业厨师758人,血脂异常率为50.26%。辖区餐饮业厨师血脂异常率随年龄的增长而升高(P〈0.05)。男性高于女性(P〈0.05)。多因素logistic回归分析显示,年龄、吸烟、腹型肥胖是血脂异常的危险因素。结论昌平区餐饮业18岁以上的厨师的血脂水平和血脂异常患病率较高。中年以上是重点防治人群,应采取必要干预措施,降低血脂异常的发生。[Objective]To understand the prevalence rate of dyslipidemia among cooks over 18 years old in catering industry of Changping District in Beijing, provide evidence for developing the prevention and control strategies of dyslipidemia. [Methods]By the multi-stage random sampling method, the cooks aged 18-60 years old, who have lived in Changping District for more than 6months in the recent year( including the people without the registered permanent residence of Beijing), were collected from restaurants and hotels. The one-to-one inquiry and medical examination were performed. [Results]A total of 758 cooks were investigated, and the detection rate of dyslipidemia was 50.26%. The detection rate of dyslipidemia increased with age( P〈0.05),and the detection rate of males was higher than that in females( P〈0.05). Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that age,smoking and abdominal obesity were the risk factors of dyslipidemia. [Conclusion]The blood lipid levels and prevalence rate of dyslipidemia among cooks over 18 years old in catering industry of Changping District are high relatively. The prevention work should focus on middle-aged population, and it is necessary to carry out the effective intervention measures to reduce the prevalence rate of dyslipidemia.
