摘  要:近年来,由于抗生素的广泛使用,临床分离的产超广谱β-内酰胺酶(ESBLs)大肠埃希菌越发常见,对其耐药机制的研究也已成为国内外研究热点。病原菌的耐药机制是由于病原菌自身抗菌药物作用靶位的基因突变和病原菌俘获携带耐药基因的可移动性遗传元件(horizontal mobile elements,HMEs)(质粒、转座子、插入序列、整合子)所致。目前,由可移动遗传元件介导的细菌间基因的水平转移屡见不鲜。作者主要对HMEs与产ESBLs大肠埃希菌耐药性的关系进行综述。Due to the widespread use of antibiotics, the extended-spectrum-β-lactamases( ESBLs)-producing Escherichia coli is more frequently isolated in clinic, and its drug resistance mechanism has become a hot spot in domestic and foreign researches.The drug resistance mechanism of pathogenic bacteria is bacteria gene mutation in target location of antibacterial drugs, or caused by capturing the horizontal mobile elements( HMEs) carrying resistance genes, which include plasmids, transposons, insertion sequence and integration. At present, the HMEs-induced horizontal gene transfer between bacteria is common.The authors summarize the relationship between HMEs and the drug resistance of ESBLs producing Escherichia coli.
