摘  要:以金银花叶片为主要实验材料,对不同水分环境下金银花叶片形态结构进行比较研究。分别采集旱生和湿生两种不同环境下生长的金银花叶片,观察比较其形态特征包括叶片长和宽、叶脉、叶表皮附属物表皮毛的区别,还有结构特征包括叶表皮气孔、栅栏组织/海绵组织值的区别。结果表明:两种环境下叶片长和宽、气孔密度、栅栏组织/海绵组织值有显著差异,叶脉数差异不显著。This paper makes research on the analysis of the different structures of the Honeysuckle leaves in different water environment. The writer collected the Honeysuckle leaves in two different environment of dry soil and wet soil to investigate the difference of their appearance such as the leaf size, vein and the skin hair of the leaf skin appendix as well as the difference between the leaf skin air hole and palisade tissue/sponge tissue. The result indicates that there is great difference in the leaf size, vein and the skin hair of the leaf skin appendix as well as the leaf skin air hole and palisade tissue/sponge tissue in two different environment.
