基于Web of Science^(TM)核心合集数据库的统计分析--以国际体育法学的研究现状为视角

摘　　要：采用WOS附带的引文分析和Cite Space软件工具对Web of ScienceTM核心合集数据库中1984年至今所收录的主题为"sport law"文献共计517篇进行分析,研究发现:国际体育法学领域具有重大影响的论文数量少,但刊载论文献量逐年递增,核心作者群未形成,美国的论文发表量远高于其他国家,体育法学被引高频文献非常少,但被引频次总数逐年增长趋势明显;收录体育法学主题论文的期刊比较分散,期刊之间的影响因子差别较大,体育法关键词围绕运动员、足球和兴奋剂开展相关调查研究较多,论文的数量与质量还有待于提高。Using the WOS citation analysis and CiteSpace software tools analyzing web of science core collection database from 1984 to today, the theme is ＂sport law＂ including 517 articles which literature study found that： The number of papers in the field of international sports law is small, but the amount of papers published is increasing year by year. Core author group has not formed,the United States＇ papers far higher than other countries, the total citation frequency of the sports law is obviously, but it is very little; the journals of the subject of sports law are scattered. The difference between the impact factors of journals, the key words of sports law around the athletes, football and doping to carry out the relevant investigation and research, the quantity and quality of the paper is still to be improved.
