摘 要:目的建立和胃颗粒的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法(TLC)对和胃颗粒中厚朴、枳实、陈皮、木香、白术药材进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)对厚朴酚、和厚朴酚进行定量测定。结果采用薄层色谱法均能检出厚朴、枳实、陈皮、木香、白术,空白样品无干扰,专属性强;厚朴酚进样量在0.050 88~1.017 6μg(r=0.999 7)、和厚朴酚进样量在0.024 8~0.496μg(r=0.999 9)范围内与峰面积的线性关系良好;平均回收率厚朴酚为101.1%,RSD=1.5%(n=9),和厚朴酚为97.9%,RSD=2.8%(n=9)。结论该法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于和胃颗粒的质量控制。Objective To establish a quality standard for Hewei Granules.Methods Cortex magnolia officinalis,Fructus aurantii immaturus,Pericarpium citri reticulatae,Radix aucklandiae,and Rhizoma atractylodis macrocephalae were identified by thin layer chromatography(TLC),and the contents of magnolol and honokiol were determined by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Results Cortex magnolia officinalis,Fructus aurantii immaturus,Pericarpium citri reticulatae,Radix aucklandiae,and Rhizoma atractylodis macrocephalae could be identified by TLC.The method was specific,and the blank sample showed no interference;the calibration curve of magnolol was linear in the range of 0.050 88-1.017 6μg(r=0.999 7).The average recovery of magnolol was 101.1%,with RSD 1.5%(n=9);the calibration curve of honokiol was linear in the range of 0.024 8-0.496μg(r=0.999 9).The average recovery of honokiol was 97.9%,with RSD 2.8%(n=9).Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and reproducible,so it can be used for the quality control of Hewei Granules.
