摘  要:目的建立快速测定全血中异丙酚含量原位、在线分析的新方法。方法利用毛细管微萃取器联合紫外光纤传感仪及微顺序注射-阀上实验室系统在线测定全血中异丙酚含量。结果方法的提取回收率为78.5%~81.3%,日内精密度均小于3%。异丙酚全血样品平均萃取率与传统液液萃取的平均萃取率无统计学差异(P〉0.05),但萃取时间缩短5~7min。结论该法无需离心、除蛋白等手工操作,能快速测定全血中异丙酚的含量,为全血中异丙酚含量在线检测提供良好的手段。Objective A new online and in situ method to determine the propofol′s content in whole blood was established,which combined capillary micro-extraction with optical-fiber.Methods Capillary micro-extractor,optical-fiber sensing devices and Micro Sequential Injection lab-on-value(μSIA-LOV)were used to determine propofol in whole blood.Results The extraction recovery ratio was ranged from 78.5%to 81.3%.Day precision was less than 3%.The average extraction rate of capillary micro-extraction and tradition liquid-liquid extraction showed no significant difference(P〉0.05).But the extraction time was shorten about 5-7min.Conclusion This new method could test propofol in whole blood online without using centrifuge and removing protein.This study provide an option to determine propofol in whole blood.
