我院肿瘤Ⅰ科癌痛治疗药物使用情况分析

摘　　要：目的调查分析我院肿瘤Ⅰ科癌痛治疗药物使用情况。方法对我院肿瘤Ⅰ科2014年癌痛治疗用药的品种、数量、用药金额、用药频度(DDDs)和日均费用(DDC)进行统计分析。结果我院肿瘤Ⅰ科治疗癌痛的药物有15个品规,DDDs居前4位的依次是:盐酸羟考酮缓释片(10mg)、盐酸羟考酮缓释片(40mg)、氨酚羟考酮片(5mg/325mg)和盐酸吗啡片(10mg)。结论随着癌痛规范化治疗病房的建立和运行,我院肿瘤Ⅰ科癌痛治疗用药情况趋于合理,遵循口服给药、按阶梯用药、按时服药、个体化给药及注意具体细节的方案给药。Objective To analyze and evaluate the pain-relief drugs of cancer used in the 1st tumor department in our hospital.Methods Varieties of the pain-relief drugs of cancer,the amount of drug scheduling and medication frequency（DDDs）sort ratio and daily expense（DDC）in 2014 were used as the evaluation index.Results 15pain-relief drugs of cancer were used in the 1st tumor department.The top four in DDDs were Oxycodone Hydrochloride Prolonged-Release Tablets（10mg）,Oxycodone Hydrochloride Prolonged-release Tablets（40mg）,Acetaminophen Tablets（5mg/325mg）and Morphine Hydrochloride Tablets（10mg）.Conclusion With the establishment of the Good Pain Management Ward（GPD-Ward）,the application of pain-relief drugs of cancer was tending to be reasonable.
