摘 要:抗生素滥用导致的动物产品药物残留及微生物抗药性问题日益受到人们的关注,抗生素的使用受到严格限制,寻求抗生素替代品的研究已成为整个饲料、养殖行业的研究热点。近年来,卵黄抗体(IgY)作为饲料添加剂替代抗生素的研究越来越广泛。在猪生产中,IgY的添加可提高猪的采食量、饲料转化率及生产性能,并能有效降低由大肠杆菌、猪传染性胃肠炎病毒、猪流行性病毒及轮状病毒等病原体引起的腹泻,对提高养猪业的经济效益有重要意义。文章就IgY的结构特点、作用机制及其在猪生产中的应用做一综述,以期为无抗饲料的推广和普及提供佐证和依据。The problems of drug residues and microbial resistance caused by antibiotics abuse havedrawn public attention increasingly. The use of antibiotics is strictly limited in animal feed. The re-search for antibiotics alternatives have been more and more widely in feed industry and animal husband-ry. Recently years, numerous researches have indicated that egg yolk antibodies(Ig Y) was a effective an-tibiotics alternatives. In pig production, Ig Y has trophic effects in the growth performance, including aincreased feed intake, feed conversion and ADG. What's more, Ig Y can reduce the diarrhea and mortali-ty rate caused by enterotoxigenic escherichia coli, transmissible gastroenteritis virus, swine influenza vi-rus, and rotavirus. In this review, the structure characteristic of Ig Y, mode of action and its applicationin swine production are described, to provide a better understanding of the utilization of Ig Y on pig feed.
