穴位贴敷联合顺尔宁治疗小儿慢性咳嗽肺虚邪恋型50例

摘　　要：目的观察中药穴位贴敷联合顺尔宁治疗小儿慢性咳嗽的临床疗效。方法 50例肺虚邪恋型慢性咳嗽患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组25例采用中药穴位贴敷联合顺尔宁治疗,对照组25例采用顺尔宁治疗,两组均以2周为1疗程。结果治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为96.00%、80.00%,两组之间有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论中药穴位贴敷联合顺尔宁对慢性咳嗽(肺虚邪恋型)疗效显著,简便易行,值得临床推广。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of acupoint application with Chinese medicine com- bined with Montelukast on children with chronic cough. Methods： Totally 50 cases of chronic cough patients differentia- ted as lung-deficiency and pathogen-retention type were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. All 25 cases in the treatment group were treated with the combination of acupoint application with Chinese medicine and Monte- lukast and other 25 cases in the control group only with Montelukast, with one curative course for two weeks. Results： The total effective rate of the treatment group and control group was 96 % and 80 % respectively and there was significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The combination of acupoint application with Chinese medi- cine and Montelukast is strikingly effective in treating chronic cough （lung-deficiency and pathogen-retention type） and it is simple and feasible, worthy of promotion.
