肺必清汤对急性支气管炎大鼠血清IL-2、IL-8水平影响研究

摘　　要：目的观察肺必清汤对急性支气管炎大鼠血清IL-2、IL-8水平的影响。方法将80只Wistar大鼠随机分为生理盐水对照组16只、急性支气管炎大鼠模型组64只。采用烟熏法制备急性支气管炎大鼠模型,造模后将模型组随机分为5组,空白对照组、阳性对照组、高剂量组、中剂量组、低剂量组,各组分别给药干预。1周后摘眼球取血,采用ELISA法测定各组大鼠血清IL-2、IL-8水平。结果急性支气管炎大鼠血清IL-2水平较对照组升高,P<0.01,IL-8水平较对照组下降P<0.01;高剂量组、中剂量组、低剂量组较阳性对照组差异显著,P<0.05;高剂量组、中剂量组、低剂量组间无显著性差异。结论肺必清汤干预可降低IL-8的表达水平同时提高IL-2含量,抑制急性支气管炎进展。Objective： To observe the effect of FeiBiQing Decoction on levels of IL-2 and IL-8 in acute bronchitis rats＇ serum. Methods： Totally 80 Wistar rats were randomly divided into 16 rats of saline control group and model group with 64 acute bronchitis rats. Created by fumigation, the model rats of acute bronchitis were randomly divided into 5 groups, namely blank control group, positive control group and groups of high, middle and lose doses, with each group administered respectively. After 1-week intervention, the rats in all the groups were taken blood by removing their eye- balls and the levels of IL-2 and IL-8 were determined by ELISA method. Results： The serum IL-2 levels of acute bron- chitis rats increased compared with the control group, P〈0.01, while the IL-8 levels decreased, P〈0.01 ; the difference between groups of high, middle and low doses and the positive control group was significant, P〈0.05 ; the comparison a- mong the groups of high, middle and low doses were not significantly different. Conclusion： The intervention of FeiBiQing Decoction can reduce the expression of IL-8 and elevate the content of IL-2 to inhibit the development of acute bronchitis.
