抗生素对榆叶梅组培苗抑菌效果的影响

摘　　要：通过在培养基中添加单种抗生素或多种抗生素混合物,研究了抗生素对细菌污染的榆叶梅组培苗的影响。结果表明:当青霉素钠浓度300 mg/L、链霉素浓度100 mg/L 2种抗生素混合使用时,组培苗污染率相对较低、增殖率相对较高,且植株长势良好。By adding single or multiple antibiotics in culture medium,the influence of antibiotics on bacterial contamination of Amygdalus triloba seedings was studied. The results showed that when penicillin sodium with the concentration of 300 mg / L and streptomycin with the concentration100 mg / L are in mixed use,the contamination rate of seedlings is relatively low,the reproduction rate is relatively high and the plants are in good growth.
