摘  要:以张家界荷花机场航站楼工程为背景,结合工程的技术难度大、施工周期短等特点及施工现场的实际情况,对航站楼主楼屋顶网架拔杆提升施工法的安装工艺流程、安装要点、整体验算分析等进行了较为详细的阐述,并提出了施工中应注意的关键问题。同时对网架关键节点的挠度进行施工过程与围护结构施工后监测,监测结果均满足相关规范要求。实践证明:该网架工程采用提升施工技术进行安装,达到了结构稳定、经济指标合理、施工安全等要求,减少了施工现场脚手架搭设的工作量,为航站楼工程其他专业交叉施工赢得了时间,同时减少了大量的高空焊接作业,取得了良好的综合效益。Taking Zhangjiajie Hehua airport terminal project as research background,based on complicated technique,short construction period and the actual situation of construction site,the installation process,main points and calculation analysis of pulling-bar lifting construction method for the roof grid of main building were elaborated in detail,some key problems during construction were also proposed. The key node monitoring of the deflection deformation during the construction process and after palisade structure construction were carried out,the monitoring results could satisfy the requirements of relevant specifications. The results showed that the stability of structure,reasonable economic indicator,construction safety were realized by using lifting construction method. In addition,the erection workload of scaffold construction was also reduced. The time was saved for other majors cross-operation construction,welding operation above the ground was reduced greatly and good comprehensive benefits were achieved.
