摘  要:目的探索桑葚花色苷抗氧化保护作用。方法以桑葚果为原料,经冷冻干燥,乙醇超声提取,离心得到桑葚花色苷粗提物后进行药理实验,连续给药(10、5、2.5g/kg)7天后,检查相应指标。结果发现桑葚花色苷粗提物高、中剂量组对小鼠常压缺氧具有保护作用;在小鼠心肌缺血线粒体膜实验中发现,桑葚花色苷粗提物高中剂量组能较低心肌线粒体中MDA含量,升高心肌线粒体中SOD量,较低剂量组和正常组具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论桑葚花色苷对小鼠常压缺氧和心肌缺血实验具有保护作用。Objective To explore the effect of mulberry on antioxidant. Methods Mulberry fruit was freeze- dried,extracted by ultrasonic in ethanol and centrifuged to obtain a mulberry anthocyanin,the extract was experimented in mice,which were i. g continuously for( 10,5,2. 5 g/kg) 7 days,the corresponding indicators were detected. Results Mulberry anthocyanin extract of the high dose group of atmospheric hypoxia in mice played a protective effect; the experiments myocardial ischemia in mice mitochondrial membrane,the mulberry glycosides extract high- dose group can reduce MDA and increase SOD in myocardial mitochondrial. There are a significant difference( P〈0. 05) with the low dose group and control group. Conclusion Mulberry anthocyanins play a protective effect in the experiments of atmospheric hypoxia and myocardial ischemia in mice.
