我国野生中药材保护现状与对策研究

摘　　要：中药材是维系中医生命力的重要物质保障。野生中药材的掠夺式开发对加速我国整体生态环境的破坏,致使更多珍稀物种的消亡,削弱中医医学体系的公信力等都负有一定的责任。我国野生中药材遭受的"涸泽而渔式"的采猎正受到社会各界越来越广泛的关注。加强野生药材保护的政策法规研究,打破传统的部门利益,建立跨区域、跨部门的联动协调机制,加快一些濒危药材的人工繁殖,不断开发濒危药材的替代性产品,这些对将来更好地保护我国的野生中药材具有十分重要的意义。Chinese medicinals are the material guarantee of the vitality of Traditional Chinese Medicine（ TCM）. However,the wild Chinese medicinals has been predatorily exploited in recent years in China,which in some degree,should assume the responsibility for the deterioration of China＇s ecological environment,increasing extinction of many more rare species and depreciation of credibility in the TCM medical system. The extremely devastating picking and hunting of the wild Chinese medicinals has been attracting wider attentions from the public. To better protect the wild Chinese medicinals in China,we believe it＇s crucially important to strengthen research on the concerned laws and rules,break through the traditional departmental interests,establish coordinating linkage mechanisms,speed up the artificial reproduction of the extinguished species and seek alternative medicines as well.
