基于皮肤免疫理论的“足太阳膀胱经主一身之表”的实验研究

摘　　要：目的从局部皮肤免疫功能的角度探讨"足太阳膀胱经主一身之表"现代医学机制。方法将60只家兔随机分为模型组、空白组、模型+推拿组、空白+推拿组四组,采用腹腔注射环磷酰胺的方法造模,观察各组动物采取干预措施后足太阳膀胱经循行路线局部皮肤MHC-II、CD80表达的变化情况。结果模型组家兔足太阳膀胱经循行部位皮肤中MHC-Ⅱ、CD80与其他各组相比较,表达明显减低(P<0.01),而模型+推拿组家兔的MHC-Ⅱ、CD80的表达则明显高于模型组(P<0.01);空白+推拿组家兔足太阳膀胱经循行部位皮肤中MHC-Ⅱ、CD80的表达也优于空白组(P<0.05)。结论采用腹腔注射环磷酰胺的方法能够制造免疫抑制动物模型;在足太阳膀胱经循行路线上开展推拿疗法能够有效调节免疫抑制家兔和正常家兔的局部和整体免疫功能,这可能是"足太阳膀胱经主一身之表"的现代免疫学机制之一。Objective The experimental study of＂the bladder meridian in charge of the body surface＂which based on the theory of the skin immune. Methods 60 rabbits were randomly divided into mode group,blank group,model ＋ Tuina group and blank＋ Tuina group. The peritoneal injection of cyclophosphamide was used to prepare the immunosuppressive rabbit. The indexes of MHC- Ⅱand CD80 in the skin of the Bladder meridian circulation route were observed. Results The indexes of MHC- Ⅱand CD80 in the skin of the mode group decreased significantly which compared with the other groups（ P〈0. 01）,the indexes of model ＋ Tuina group were significantly higher than the model group（ P〈0. 01）. The indexes of blank ＋ Tuina group were higher than the model group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion It is successed to prepare the immunosuppressive rabbit by peritoneal injection of cyclophosphamide. Tuina on the skin of Bladder meridian circulation route can effectively adjust the local and overall immune function in immune suppression rabbits and normal rabbits. This may be one of the modern medicine mechanism of ＂the bladder meridian in charge of the body surface＂.
