摘  要:钢铁企业构建优化的"能量流网络",充分发挥能源转换功能,进而实现高层次系统节能,成为目前研究的热点。针对能量流网络构建,当前缺少具有理论依据和高度可比性的钢铁企业用能评价指标体系。文中首先根据单工序的热平衡和平衡分析,比较了热分析和分析指标的各自优缺点,并结合能级分析和热经济学分析,最终提出了一套综合热效率、效率、能级匹配和经济成本的钢铁企业能量利用综合评价指标体系。结果表明评价指标可对钢铁企业的能量流网络构建提供指导。In the iron and steel enterprises, building optimized "energy flow network", giving full play to the function of energy conversion, and then realizing higher level system energy saving have be- come the focus of the research at present. In view of the establishment of energy flow network, there are lack of having theoretical basis and high comparability evaluation index system presently. In the paper, thermal equilibrium and exergy equilibrium were analyzed for the single process. Then, the re- spective advantage and disadvantage of thermal analysis and exergy analysis index were compared. A set of comprehensive evaluation index system of the energy utilization in the iron and steel enterprises was put forward. This index system integrates thermal efficiency, exergy efficiency, energy - match and economic cost. The result shows that the evaluation index system can offer guidance to the construction of energy flow network in the iron and steel enterprises.
