摘 要:采用1∶7的水力学模型对某厂气液高温反应器的液体混匀效果进行研究。实验设计了一种新的方案,其中,反应器的转动对大型反应器内的液相流体混匀有较大帮助。实验研究了气体搅拌、反应器转动角度和转动速度等参数对液体混匀效果的影响。结果表明,反应器转动角度和转动速度对液体混匀时间影响较大,而气体搅拌对熔池混匀时间影响较小。A 1/7th scaled down physical model was used to study and optimize the stirring condition of a metallurgical high temperature reactor. A new scheme, of which the reactor was gas agitated and ro- tated at the same time, was found to be one of the best cases with respect to a decreased mixing time in the bath. A number of parameters were studied and their effects on the mixing time were recorded, in- cluding gas stirring, inclination angle and velocity of rotation. The result shows that, inclination angle and rotational speed is proved to be much more important in this case, while gas stirring has little influ- ence on the bath mixing time.
