摘  要:电弧稳定性对水下干法脉冲焊接的焊缝质量具有重要影响。提出了一种水下脉冲焊接电信号稳定系数的计算方法,并将其作为评价电弧稳定性的指标。采用响应曲面法设计了以平均电流、基值电流、占空比、脉冲频率为参数的试验方案,并建立了电信号稳定系数关于这四个参数的数学模型,通过3D曲面图和等值线图分析了平均电流与基值电流、脉冲频率与平均电流的交互作用对电信号稳定性的影响。研究结果表明,电信号稳定性随平均电流、基值电流、脉冲频率先增强后降低,随占空比增大而增强。Arc stability of underwater dry pulse welding has great influence on the weld quality.A mathematical model for welding electrical signal stability is developed and applied to evaluate the welding arc stability.An experimental plan based on average current, base current,duty cycle and pulse frequency is designed using response surface methodology(RSM). A mathematical model of the correlationships between these four factors and the electrical signal stability is developed. Finally, the influences of the interactions among the average current and base current,pulse frequency and average current on the electrical signal stability is analyzed by using 3D surface graphs and contour maps. The results show that the electrical signal stability may first increase and then decrease with the increase of average current, base value current, pulse frequency, and increase with the increasing duty ratio.
