摘  要:目的评价降钙素原(procalcitionin,PCT)在新生儿感染性疾病诊断中的应用效果。方法选取2011年1月至2014年12月,医院新生儿科住院患重症感染患儿34例纳入重症组,局部感染69例纳入轻度组,非感染住院新生儿40例,纳入对照组,行PCT、CRP、血常规检查、血培养+药敏试验。结果对照组、轻度组、重症组,PCT、WBC、CRP水平差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);PCT诊断敏感度、特异度、阴性预测值、符合率高于CRP、WBC,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PCT不仅可用于鉴别诊断新生儿感染性疾病,还可用判断感染严重程度。Objective To evaluate the application effect of procalcitionin PCT in diagnose neonatal infectious diseases. Methods 34 cases with severe infection,which admitted in our hospital during January 2011—December 2014,were set as the severe group and 69 cases of local infection were set as the mild group,and 40 cases of newborn without infection were set as the control group. They were given PCT,CRP,and the blood routine examination blood culture and drug sensitive test. Results PCT,WBC and CRP level of the control group,mild group and severe group was significant statistically significant( P〈 0. 05); PCT diagnostic sensitivity,specific degrees negative predictive value,coincidence rate was higher than CRP and WBC,the difference was significant statistically significant( P〈 0. 05). Conclusions PCT can not only be used in the differential diagnosis of neonatal infectious diseases,but also can be used to determine infection severity.
