摘　　要：当前市场竞争日趋激烈,市场信息也瞬息万变,面对外资并购可能给国家安全带来的威胁,我们必须妥善应对。新颁布的国家安全法十分重视国家安全审查以及监管制度的建设,但需要注意的是目前我国现行的国家安全审查制度仍存在法律体系不健全,相关法律规定仍不完善等问题,因此,必须在立法上加以完善,以保障市场经济健康、稳定的发展。In the current increasingly competitive market, market information is also changing so quickly that we must properly deal with the threat that the foreign mergers and acquisitions may bring to the national security. The new N ational Security Law attaches great importance to the construction of review and supervision system of national security, but it should be noted that there are imperfect legal system and relevant laws and regulations and other issues in currently existing review system of national security in China, therefore, must be improved in the legislation in order to safeguard healthy and stable development of the market economy.
