摘　　要：社区矫正作为新型刑罚处罚方式,近年来关注度逐渐提升。第十二届全国人民代表大会第三次会议要求深化司法改革,《社区矫正法》的制定被提上日程。建立以社区矫正为中心的刑罚体系体现人道主义的刑罚观念。这一价值取向对于人类社会的和谐发展具有重要意义,社区矫正制度化的步伐逐渐加快。与此同时,社区矫正对象的再就业却有诸多困扰因素,严重制约了社区矫正工作的开展。本文试图通过对社区矫正对象再就业困境的实证剖析,探索影响社区矫正对象再就业的诸多因素,并尝试构建社区矫正对象再就业支持体系。As a new penalty punishment in recent years, the attention to Community Correction is gradually improved. The third meeting of the Twelfth N ational People＇s Congress requested to deepen judicial reform, the development of ＂Community Correction Law＂ was put on the agenda.Establishing the penalty system with the center of community correction reflects the penalty notion of humanitarian. This value orientation is important for the harmonious development of human society. The systematic pace of Community Correction is gradually accelerated. At the same time,there are a lot of distress factors for the re- employment of Community Correction,which have seriously hampered the development of community correction work. This paper attempts to explore the many factors affecting the re- employment of Community Corrections through the empirical analysis of re- employment predicament of Community Correction,and try to build re- employment support system of Community Correction.
