摘 要:目的:利用中医传承辅助系统软件,分析探索河南省洛阳正骨医院门诊治疗颈椎病的用药规律。方法:由研究人员对河南省洛阳正骨医院门诊治疗颈椎病的中药处方进行筛选,运用关联规则算法、复杂熵聚类法分析处方中中药的使用频次、中药之间的关联规则,研究治疗颈椎病的主要药物与药对规律。结果:筛选治疗颈椎病的处方117张,分析得到治疗颈椎病的常用药物、用药模式、用药规则、药物关联的网络化展示等。结论:利用中医传承辅助系统分析并阐明了治疗颈椎病方剂的组方规律,为临床合理运用中药治疗颈椎病及新药开发提供了参考依据。Objective:To analyze the medication rule of Luoyang Orthopedic Hosptial of He'nan Province outpatient department for treating cervical spondylosis by using traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) inheritance support system. Methods: The prescriptions for cervical spondylosis was collected, then composing principles was analyzed by using datamining methods such as revised mutual information,complex system entropy cluster and unsupervised hierarchical cluster. Results: Based on the analysis of 117 cases of prescriptions in the database,the frequency of each herb appeared in the database was computed,and combination mode of herbs,association principles and relationship framework between herbs were mined from the database. Conclusion: The composition principles of the prescriptions treated cervical spondylosis were clarified by the TCM inheritance support system,which provided the reference for the clinical application and new drug research in the cervical spondylosis treatment.
