中医药治疗糖尿病肾病的用药规律分析

摘　　要：目的:研究中医药治疗糖尿病肾病的用药规律。方法:收集2000—2015年776篇中医药有效治疗糖尿病肾病的文章,摘录其中方剂共208首,把每首方剂中的单味药输入EXCEL2000软件,建立数据库,运用统计学频次方法,分析其用药规律。结果:208首方剂中,使用198味药物共2210频次,其中使用频次在50次以上的主要有黄芪、丹参、茯苓、山药、山茱萸、生地黄、益母草、当归、大黄、川芎、泽泻、熟地黄、白术。按照中药学分类统计,补虚药居于首位,其次是清热药,第3是活血化瘀药,第4是利水渗湿药,理气药、化痰药等也占了相当大的比重。结论:中医药对于糖尿病肾病的治疗,在益气养阴、补脾益肾的基础上,着重利水消肿、活血化瘀,并且从"肝"论治糖尿病肾病,强调疏肝理气在治疗糖尿病肾病中的重要性。Objective： To find out medication rule on diabetic nephro-pathy patients treated with Traditional Chinese Medicine. Methods： There were 776 literatures collected from 2000 to 2015 on TCM treating diabetic nephropathy effectively, and 208 formulas were selected single herbs, the herbs in which were input into software Excel 2000 to establish a database,then frequency statistic method was used to analyze it medication rule. Results： In 208 formulas, 198 herbs were used 2210 times; Those used over 50 times mainly are Huangqi（Astragalus）, Danshen（Salvia miltiorrhiza）, Fuling（Poria）, Shanyao（Chinese yam）, Shanzhuyu（fructus corni）,Shengdihuang（Radix Rehmanniae Recens）, Yimucao（motherwort）, Danggui（Chinese angelica）, Dahuang（rheum officinale）, Chuanxiong（Ligusticum wallichii）, Zexie（rhizoma alismatis）, Shudihuang（Radix Rehmanniae Praeparata） and Baizhu（white atractylodes rhizome）. According to Chinese Herbology Classification, tonic medicine first, clearing heat herbs second, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis third, the fourth is draining dampness medicine; promoting Qi herbs and eliminating phlegm herbs also take relatively large proportion. Conclusion： In TCM treating diabetes, based on supplementing Qi and nourishing Yin,invigorating the spleen and tonifying the kidney,the treatment focus on draining dampness and promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,finally gradually from the ＂liver＂ on the treatment of diabetic nephropathy,and stress the importance of soothing the liver and regulating Qi in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy.
