摘 要:【目的】探讨槲皮素对大鼠血清和肝脏中谷胱甘肽含量的影响。【方法】Wistar大鼠32只,根据大鼠体质量随机分为4组,每组8只,即对照组、0.1%槲皮素组、0.5%槲皮素组和2.5%槲皮素组,饲料中分别添加0.1%、0.5%和2.5%槲皮素,喂养6周。高效液相色谱法测定血清中谷胱甘肽、槲皮素和异鼠李素含量,化学比色法测定肝组织中谷胱甘肽含量。【结果】大鼠血清中槲皮素和异鼠李素含量随着食物中槲皮素含量的增加而增加;槲皮素干预组大鼠血清和肝脏中谷胱甘肽含量较对照组显著降低(P<0.05)。【结论】槲皮素可能改变谷胱甘肽代谢过程,降低机体抗氧化防御能力。【Objective】To explore the effect of quercetin on glutathione contents in rat serum and liver.【Methods】A total of 32 Wistar rats were randomly divided into 4 groups(n=8) according to body weight: control group, 0.1% quercetin group, 0.5% quercetin group and 2.5% quercetin group. Rats were fed for 6 w. Serum contents of glutathione, quercetin and isorhamnetin were measured with HPLC. Hepatic glutathione content was also determined with chemical colorimetry.【Results】Serum contents of quercetin and isorhamnetin in rats increased significantly as diet quercetin increased; serum and liver glutathione contents in the other groups were lower than those in control group(P0.05).【Conclusion】Quercetin may change glutathione metabolism and have prooxidant effect.
