大株红景天注射液治疗缺血性心肌病伴心力衰竭的效果及对血清hsCRP、VEGF的影响

摘　　要：目的观察大株红景天注射液治疗缺血性心肌病(ischemic cardiomyopathy,ICM)伴心力衰竭(heart failure,HF)的效果及对血清高敏C反应蛋白(high-sensitivity C-reactive protein,hsCRP)、血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)的影响,探讨其药理作用。方法 120例ICM伴HF患者随机分为2组,红景天组59例,对照组61例。2组均给予常规治疗,红景天组在此基础上给予大株红景天注射液10mL/d静脉滴注,连续应用2周。观察2组治疗前后左心室射血分数(left ventricular ejectfraction,LVEF)、左心室舒张末期内径(left ventricular internal diameter at end-diastole,LVIDd)、血清B型脑钠肽(B-type natriuretic peptide,BNP)、hsCRP、VEGF水平的变化。结果红景天组和对照组治疗后血清BNP、hsCRP水平较治疗前均显著下降(P<0.05),LVEF、血清VEGF水平显著升高(P<0.05);红景天组LVIDd较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),对照组与治疗前差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗2周后,红景天组血清LVIDd、BNP、hsCRP水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05);红景天组LVEF、血清VEGF水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论大株红景天注射液可更快改善ICM伴心力衰竭患者的症状,血清BNP、hsCRP水平快速降低,LVEF、血清VEGF水平快速升高,其药理作用可能与阻断动脉粥样硬化的炎症免疫反应过程有关。Objective To explore the curative effect and significance of serum highsensitivity C-reactive protein（hsCRP）and vascular endothelial growth factor（VEGF）of patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy and heart failure with Sofren injection,to investigate its pharmacological effects.Methods One hundred and twenty patients were randomly divided into two groups,59 cases as Sofren group and 61 cases as control group.The two groups were given conventional therapy.The Sofren group was given Sofren Injection 10 mL/d intravenous drip based on routine treatment.The two groups were treated for 2 weeks.Then left ventricular ejectfraction（LVEF）,left ventricular internal diameter at end-diastole（LVIDd）and the content of serum B-type natriuretic peptide（BNP）,hsCRP and VEGF of the two groups were analyzed.Results Compared with the pretreatment,the content of serum BNP and hsCRP of the Sofren group and the control group were decreased（P〈0.05）,LVEF and the serum VEGF were increased（P〉0.05）,LVIDd of the safren group was decreased（P〈0.05）,but there was no significant difference in LVIDd with the control group（P〈0.05）.LVIDd and content of serum BNP and hsCRP of Sofren group were all lower than those of control group after 2 weeks of treatment（P〈0.05）,LVEF and the content of serum VEGF were all higher than those of control group after 2weeks of treatment（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Sofren Injection can improve the symptoms of patients with ischemic cardiomyopath and heart failure,decrease the content serum BNP and hsCRP quickly,increase LVEF and the content serum VEGF.The mechanism may be related to the blocking inflammatory reaction of atherosclerosis.
