摘　　要：目的探讨分析乌鲁木齐地区布鲁菌病的流行情况、临床特征及易感人群,为布鲁菌病的诊治提供依据。方法对2012年10月—2015年8月在新疆维吾尔自治区人民医院住院的124例布鲁菌病患者进行回顾性分析。结果124例布鲁菌病患者平均年龄(45.3±12.8)岁,男性91例,女性33例,患者以维吾尔族为主(58.1%),主要集中在喀什和塔城地区(51例,41.1%),牧民和农民占58.1%,其中75例有明确的牛羊接触史。发病时间主要集中在4—9月,临床表现出现发热(89.5%),伴有出现脾脏肿大(26.6%)、骨关节损害者(22.6%)、心脏损害(20.2%)、肝脏肿大(11.3%)。布鲁菌患者中出现C-反应蛋白升高(66.9%)、血沉增高(57.3%)、白介素-6升高(56.5%)、降钙素原升高(41.9%)。结论布鲁菌病临床表现复杂多样,并发症多,临床医生应加强对本病的认识做到早诊断、早治疗。Objective To investigate epidemiology, clinical characteristics and susceptible population of patients with brucellosis in Uyghur, and to provide the basis for the diagnosis and treatment of brucellosis. Methods General data, clinical characteristics, laboratory test results of 124 patients with brucellosis hospitalized in the People＇s Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, from Oct. 2012 to Aug. 2015 were analyzed retrospectively. Results The average age of 124 patients with brucellosis were （45.3 _＋ 12.8） years old, including 91 males and 33 females, and the patients were mainly Uyghur （58.1% ）, mainly in Kashi and Tacheng （ 51 cases, 41.1% ） ,pastoralists and farmers accounted for 58.1%,of which 75 cases had a clear history of exposure to cattle and sheep. Brucellosis occurred mainly from Apr. to Sep., the main clinical manifestation were fever（89.5% ）,accompanied by enlargement of the spleen （26.6%） , bone and joint damage （22.6%） , heart damage （20.2%）, hepatomegaly （11.3% ）.In patients with brucellosis appeared C- reactive protein increased （66.9%）, erythrocyte sedimentation rate increased （57.3%） , interleukin- 6 increased （56.5%） , procalcitonin increased （41.9%）.Conclusion Brucellosis has a diverse clinical manifestation and complication, and the prevalence of brucellosis was high in Xinjiang, and then physicians should pay much more attention to the disease for early diagnosis and treatment.
