菏泽市46例HIV阳性的男男性行为者分析

摘　　要：目的通过对菏泽市感染艾滋病病毒（HIV）的男男性行为者（MSM）的流行现状和实验室检测情况进行分析,为针对该人群开展艾滋病防治工作提供科学依据。方法对菏泽市2008-2013年MSM中HIV阳性者的流行病学资料及实验室检测结果,采用IBM SPSS 19.0统计软件进行分析。结果 2008-2013年共发现46例MSM HIV阳性者。年龄在20~39岁占80.43%,未婚占47.8%,初中以下文化程度占50.00%,男男同性性传播占100%,检测咨询发现病例占45.6%,HIV感染人数逐年呈上升趋势。男性性伴数中位数为5.34人。梅毒感染者7人,占15.2%。CD＋4T淋巴细胞≥350个/μL 36人,占78.3%。结论菏泽市MSM HIV感染率较高。MSM中HIV感染者年龄较低、以未婚为主,文化程度相对较低,危险性行为普遍存在。应加强对该人群的HIV筛查、艾滋病性病相关知识的宣传教育及干预工作,降低新发感染。Objective To understand the HIV epidemic status among MSM and the HIV testing in labs in Heze city,to provide scientific evidence for prevention and control of HIV/AIDS.Methods All cases of HIV infection among MSM in Heze from 2008to-2013 were statistically analyzed.Results A total number of 46 MSM with HIV infection were reported since the first HIV case detected in 2008.Age of the cases were mainly between 20-39 years old,accounting for 80.43%（37/46）,the unmarried for 47.8% and the education below junior high school for50.00%.HIV infection among MSM was increasing year by year,and the ratio rose from 8.16%（2008）to18.18%（2013）.The median number of homosexual partners was 5.34 and 7cases of syphilis（15.2%）were detected.36 cases had their CD4＋T lymphocyte more than or equal to 350/μl.Conclusion MSM group is at high risk of HIV infection.We need to expand HIV testing,and strengthen the publicity and education of HIV/AIDS related knowledge,and behavior intervention to reduce new HIV infection among MSM.
