三参颗粒对小鼠耐缺氧及抗疲劳能力的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究三参颗粒对小鼠耐缺氧及抗疲劳能力的影响。方法:将小鼠随机分为空白对照组,阳性对照组(复方丹参滴丸0.15 g/kg),三参颗粒低、高剂量组(2.07 g/kg、4.14 g/kg)。采用常压耐缺氧实验,观察三参颗粒对小鼠耐缺氧能力的影响;采用爬杆实验、小鼠负重游泳实验及检测小鼠负重游泳实验后血清尿素氮(BUN)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活力的变化,观察三参颗粒低对小鼠抗疲劳作用的影响。结果:与空白对照组比较,三参颗粒能明显增加小鼠常压耐缺氧存活时间;明显增加小鼠爬杆、负重游泳时间;对小鼠负重游泳后血清LDH活力明显增强,血清BUN含量明显减少。结论:三参颗粒能显著提高小鼠的耐缺氧能力和抗疲劳能力。Objective： To study the effect of Sanshen granules on the ability of anti-fatigue and anoxia endurance in mice. Methods： The mice were randomly divided into five groups： a blank group,a positive control group（ compound salvia droplet pill 0. 15 g / kg）,low and high dose groups of Sanshen granules（ 2. 07 g / kg,4. 14 g / kg）. Observe the effect of Sanshen granules on the ability of anoxia endurance in mice by using the anoxia endurance on normal pressure test. Observe the effect of Sanshen granules on the ability of anti-fatigue in mice,the Sanshen granule was investigated into the pole-climbing and swimming models of weight loading mice,and then detect the different changes of serum urea nitrogen（ BUN） and lactate dehydrogenase（ LDH）among five groups. Results： Compared with the blank group,Sanshen granules could obviously prolong the living time of oxygen deficit-tolerance; Sanshen granules could also obviously prolong the time of swimming of weight loading and pole-climbing; at the same time,after the weight loading swimming experiment,the activity of LDH of the group which the the mice were lavaged by Sanshen granules was improved obviously and the quality of BUN of the same group was induced obviously in serum. Conclusion： Sanshen granules could obviously improve the ability of anoxia endurance and anti-fatigue in mice.
