乳清汤干预乳腺癌气阴亏虚证性激素水平的试验研究

摘　　要：目的:观察乳清汤干预乳腺癌气阴亏虚证对性激素(LH、FSH、E2)的影响、临床疗效及安全性。方法:将符合纳入标准的60例乳腺癌气阴亏虚证患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组采用内分泌治疗+谷维素+乳清汤的治疗方法,对照组采用内分泌治疗+谷维素的治疗方法,两组疗程均为2周。观察治疗前后中医证候、性激素水平、PS评分及安全性指标的变化情况。结果:治疗组在中医证候积分、疗效改善、证候改善及PS评分方面与对照组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.01)优于对照组,且对性激素没有影响,治疗组无不良反应。结论:乳清汤干预乳腺癌气阴亏虚证疗效显著,对性激素没有影响,用药安全。Objective： To observe the effect of Ruqing decoction on hormone LH,FSH and E2 of breast cancer with Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome. Methods： 60 cases of breast cancer with Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group. The treatment group received primary endocrine therapy ＋ oryzanol ＋ Ruqing decoction,while the control group received original endocrine therapy ＋oryzanol,and the treatment was for two weeks. Observe TCM symptoms,hormone levels,PS score,and safety indicators before and after treatment. Results： In the treatment group symptom scores,efficacy,symptom improvement and PS scores were significantly different compared with those in the control group（ P 〈0. 01）,with no effect on the hormone. In the treatment group it had no adverse reaction. Conclusion： Ruqing decoction has a curative effect on breast cancer with Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome,with no effect on the hormone,which is safe.
