利心通络汤对冠心病心绞痛患者血浆GMP-140及FPA水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察利心通络汤治疗冠心病的临床疗效以及对血浆血小板膜糖蛋白-140(platelet alpha-granule membrane glycoprotein 140,GMP-140)和纤维蛋白肽A(fibrinopeptide A,FPA)水平的影响。方法:采用随机对照试验方法,将100例冠心病患者平均分为两组。对照组患者常规给予抗血小板药物、抗凝药物及他汀类药物治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用利心通络汤口服,疗程均为12周。观察两组患者的临床疗效以及治疗前后GMP-140、FPA、血小板聚集率(ADP)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)等指标的变化。结果:治疗组心电图疗效总有效率为92.0%,优于对照组的76.0%(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,两组患者治疗后GMP-140、FPA、ADP、hs-CRP较治疗前均有明显改善,治疗组改善更明显,差异均具有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论:利心通络汤可以明显改善冠心病患者的临床症状,降低炎症因子,抑制血小板活化,具有预防与治疗的双重作用。Objective： To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect and mechanism of Lixin Tongluo Tang on patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris and impact on GMP- 140,FPA levels. Methods： A randomized controlled clinical trial was carried out. 100 patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,the patients in control group were given antiplatelet drugs,anticoagulant drugs and statins,the patients in the treatment group were given Lixin Tongluo Tang for 12 weeks on the basis of control,while,the clinical therapeutic effects were observed and plasma GMP- 140,FPA,ADP,hs- CRP were detected and were compared between treated group and control group. Results： The total effective rate in the treatment group was much higher than that in the control group（ 92. 0% vs 76. 0%,P 0. 05）. After the therapy,the GMP- 140,FPA,ADP,hs-CRP were improved significantly to compare with pro- treatment,moreover,the effects on GMP- 140,FPA,ADP,hs- CRP in treatment group were much better than those in control group. Conclusion： Lixin Tongluo Tang can improve heart function,reduce inflammaeory factors levels,inhibit activation of platelets.
