透明质酸眶下区联合注射在面部年轻化中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨应用透明质酸联合注射泪沟和眶下区的安全性及有效性。方法自2014年1月至2015年10月，共52例患者接受透明质酸注射填充于泪沟和眶下区域。根据患者下眶缘老化的程度设计不同的注射区域，采用泪沟联合眶缘和眶下区的注射方法。术后随访1—12个月，拍摄照片，评价疗效。结果本组52例患者注射后即刻，1、3、6、12个月疗效维持率分别为98．08％、94．23％、82．70％、42．30％和19．23％。注射后所有患者均有轻度肿胀、皮肤发红等症状，其中5例局部有轻微淤青，1周后自行消退；无感染、血肿、过敏或栓塞等严重并发症发生。4种透明质酸注射后，其并发症和疗效方面无明显差异。结论应用透明质酸注射填充能暂时矫正泪沟和眶下区的老化，是安全和有效的方法；将下眶缘作为一个整体联合注射的效果要优于单纯泪沟注射。Objective To investigate the safety and effectiveness of hyaluronic acid in combination with the injection of tear trough and infraorbital area. Methods From January 2014 to October 2015, 52 patients were performed the hyaluronic acid injection to fill the orbital rim and infraorbital region. According to the aging degree of the orbital rim, different injection regions were designed and the combined injection of the orbital rim and infraorbital region was adopted. After 1 to 12 months following up, the pictures were taken and the effects were evaluated. Results All the 52 patients were treated with immediate, 1,3,6 and 12 months, and the ef- ficacy maintenance rate was 98.08%, 94.23% , 82.70%, 42.30% and 19.23%. After injection, all patients were with mild swelling, redness and other symptoms, 5 cases were with local slight bruises which were gradu- ally vanished at 1 week. There were no complications, like infection, hematoma, allergy or embolism and other serious occurring. There was no significant difference in the complications and efficacy of the 4 kinds of hyalu- ronie acid. Conclusion It is safe and effective for the temporary correction of the aging of the lacrimal groove and infraorbital region by using hyaluronic acid. The effect of the combined injection of the lower orbital rim as a whole is better than that of a single lacrimal groove.
