膨化花椒籽对框鳞镜鲤生长性能、体成分和健康状况的影响

摘  要:为研究花椒籽膨化后对框鳞镜鲤生长性能、体成分和健康状况的影响,配制分别含4%膨化花椒籽和花椒籽的饲料,饱食投喂饲养于室内水泥池中的框鳞镜鲤幼鱼[(29.61±0.46)g]58 d,日投喂3次。试验结果表明,膨化组和对照组之间的采食量、特定生长率、成活率、饲料系数、内脏指数、肝胰脏指数、腹腔脂肪指数和肠体比无显著性差异(P>0.05),而膨化组肥满度、肾脏指数和脾脏指数均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);膨化组和对照组全鱼、肝脏和肌肉的粗蛋白质、粗脂肪、粗灰分和水分无显著性差异(P>0.05);膨化组全鱼C161n-7、C182n-6、Σn-6 PUFA、C183n-3水平,肌肉C201n-9、C224n-6水平,肝胰脏C201n-9、Σn-6 PUFA、C205n-3水平,腹腔脂肪组织ΣMUFA水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);膨化组和对照组之间的肠道胰蛋白酶、脂肪酶和血清生化指标均没有显著性差异(P>0.05)。本试验条件下,饲喂膨化花椒籽没有促进框鳞镜鲤生长的作用,且会降低鱼体不饱和脂肪酸含量和免疫器官肾脏指数和脾脏指数,对框鳞镜鲤品质和健康存在一定的负面影响。研究认为,花椒籽在鲤鱼饲料中不宜膨化后使用。The experiment was conducted to evaluate the influence of expanded Chinese prickly ashseed on the growth performance, body composition, and health status of Cyprinus carpio var. Specularis.Two kinds of experimental diets including 4% expanded Chinese prickly ash seed and Chinese pricklyash seed respectively were formulated to feed the fish three times daily to visual satiety in indoor circu-lating water system for 58 days. The results showed that food consumption, special growth rate, surviv-al rate, feed conversion ratio, visceral index, hepatosomatic index, intraperitoneal fat body index andrelative gut length between the expanded group and the control group were not significantly different(P〉0.05), while condition factor, kidney index and spleen index of the expanded group were significantlylower than the control group(P〈0.05); the content of crude protein, crude lipid, crude ash and moistureof the whole body,hepatopancrease and muscle were not significantly different(P〉0.05); the contents ofC161 n-7, C182n-6, Σn-6 PUFA, C183n-3 in whole body of the expanded group,the con-tents of C201n-9, C224n-6 in muscle of the expanded group,the contents of C201n-9, Σn-6PUFA, C205n-3 in hepatopancrease of the expanded group and the content of Σ MUFA in intraperi-toneal fat tissue of the expanded group were sig-nificantly lower than those in the control group(P〈0.05); no significant difference was found inintestinal trypsin, lipase, and serum biochemicalindices between the two groups(P〉0.05). Underthe experiment condition, feeding the expandedChinese prickly ash seed did not promote thegrowth, and it decreased the content of unsaturated fatty acid of fish, as well as the kidney index and spleen index, and had a certain negative impacton the quality and health status for Cyprinus carpio var.specularis, therefore the research suggest that,the Chinese prickly ash seed application in common carp feed should not be expanded before using.
