摘  要:试验旨在探讨改进并评价小反刍动物营养体系(SRNS)断奶羔山羊能量与蛋白质需要量预测模型。剔除SRNS维持代谢能需要量的性别、年龄与采食水平矫正因子,引入牛代谢蛋白质(MP)利用效率方程重构模型;选用中等体况、60日龄左右断奶、体重12.77 kg±2.39 kg的波尔山羊羔羊42只(公、母各21只),每只为一个重复,饲喂参照NRC(2001)犊牛营养需要量配制的全混合日粮(TMR)。预试期7 d,正试期32 d。计算公、母及全部羔羊的平均日增重(ADG),比较模型预测值与实测值的差异。结果表明:公、母及全部羔羊ADG预测值与实测值的平均偏差(MB)分别为0.89、0.39和0.64 g(P>0.05);预测的均方误差(RMSPE)分别为4.00、4.70和4.38 g/d;观测值(y)对预测值(x)的线性回归方程等同于y=x(P>0.05)。结果提示,改进后的模型能够精确预测断奶羔山羊的能量与蛋白质需要量。This study was conducted to modify the SRNS model on energy and protein requierments for weaned kids and to evaluate the new model with the experimental data. The adjustments of gender,age and feed intake for MEm were excluded from the SRNS model.NRC for cattle equations that are used to calculate metabolisable protein conversion efficiency were modified for goats. Forty- two healthy Boer weaned kids about 8 week- old with medium body condition,weighing 12.77 kg ±2.39 kg were selected and randomly divided into 42 replicates(half male,half female). The kids were fed total mixed diets formulated according to calf nutrient requirements(NRC,2001). Feeding trial was carried out to measure average daily gain(ADG) and to compare with the model predicted ADG. The pre- trial period was 7 days,the feeding trial period was 32 days. The results showed that the mean bias(MB)between predicted and observed ADG were 0.89,0.39,0.64 g in male, female and all kids,respectively(P 〉0.05);the root mean squared error of prediction(RMSPE)were 4.00,4.70,4.38 g/d,respectively.The linear regression equation of observed(y)on predicted(x)ADG was not different from the y=x line(P〉 0.05).The results suggest that the improved model can accurately predict the energy and protein requirements of weaned kids.
