摘  要:可降解支架自20世纪90年代起已有很多研究报道,但至今仅有2种研究较全面的支架获得了欧盟CE合格证。目前的可降解支架主要以聚乳酸、镁、酪氨酸等为基础材料,相对普通药物洗脱支架有诸多优势,可显著降低血栓形成及再狭窄概率,但仍然面临一些问题需要攻克。本文就可降解支架在冠状动脉介入治疗中的应用现状及相关研究进展作一简要综述。Since 1990s there have been many studies on the biodegradable stents, but only 2 kinds of stents that have been comprehensively studied have obtained the CE certificate of conformity from European Union. At present, the basic materials of biodegradable stents are mainly the substances such as polylactic acid, magnesium, tyrosine, etc. Compared with the common used drug-eluting stents, the biodegradable stents have many advantages, e.g. these stents can significantly reduce the occurrence of thrombosis and restenosis. However, there are still some problems that need to overcome. This article aims to make a brief summary of the current status about the application of biodegradable stents in the treatment of coronary intervention and about the related research progress as well.
