摘 要:汶川地震中,预应力钢筋混凝土板破坏较多,震后对部分受损板需采用粘贴CFRP布方式进行加固。为研究加固可靠性,对包括18块CFRP布加固的受损板和1块未受损板共19个试件进行加载试验研究,探讨不同粘贴方式、粘贴量及板不同损伤程度下,板的抗弯承载性能及破坏模式。结果表明:1CFRP布采用单层四幅的粘贴方式加固构件时,抗弯极限承载力增长最为显著;2对于加固轻微破坏的预应力混凝土空心板,采用幅宽为100mm单层双幅的CFRP布粘贴;对于加固中度破坏的预应力混凝土空心板,采用幅宽为75mm单层三幅的CFRP布粘贴;3对于加固严重破坏的预应力混凝土空心板,采用幅宽为75mm单层四幅的CFRP布方式粘贴。In the earthquake of Wenchuan,a lot of pre-stressed RC hollow core slabs are damaged,after the earthquake the damaged slabs are reinforced with the way of bonding CFRP. To study reinforcement reliability,the loading tests of 19 specimens are carried out,which include the 18 reinforced damaged boards and 1 piece of the intact plate,the plate bending bearing capacity and failure mode under different the ways of pasting,the amount of CFRP cloth pasted and different damage extent are analyzed. The results show that:( 1) If adopting one layer and 4 pieces of CFRP cloth to reinforce,the bending ultimate bearing capacity growth of pre-stressed RC hollow core slabs is the most significant;( 2) The pre-stressed RC hollow core slabs damaged slightly are reinforced by adopting CFRP with 100 mm width and one layer and 2 pieces; Those damaged moderately are reinforced by adopting CFRP with the width of 75 mm and one layer and 3 pieces;( 3) For those severely damaged,the best effect pasting is 75 mm width and one layer and 4 pieces.
