摘 要:整体同步移位技术因具有安装精度高、工作效率高、大幅度减少高空作业与支撑用量等优点而广泛应用于大跨空间结构的建造中,但也存在着因不同移动控制方式的设备不兼容、不能通用而带来设备投入量大和利用率低等问题。对目前应用最广的以穿心式千斤顶和预应力钢绞线为承载系统的整体移位系统的移位千斤顶的功能、构造、配置等进行详细分析,提出模块化设计的理念。运用模块化思想进行千斤顶的整体及穿心式千斤顶、撑脚、自动工具锚、顶压器、钢绞线导向装置等组件之间连接方式的设计,成功设计出组合式多功能同步移位系统。工程实践表明该移位系统千斤顶组装拆卸灵活,适应性强,可大大提高设备的周转使用率。The integral synchronous shifting construction technology has been widely used due to its advantages such as installation accuracy,work efficiency,reducing the amount of high-work and supporting. But there is also problem like heavy equipment investment,low utilization rate and so on,due to the reason that different mobile control way of the equipment is not compatible and not universal. The function,structure and configuration of the shifting jack which has cross-core jack and prestressed steel strand as loading system are analyzed and the idea of modularization design is put forward. The whole jack and the connection mode between components such as crosscore jack,support feet,automatic tool anchor hydraulic wedge pusher,guiding device of strand are designed using the modular thought,so that the modular and multifunctional shifting jack is successfully designed. Engineering practice shows that the assembly and disassembly of the modular and multifunctional shifting jack are flexible,and it can greatly improve the turnover rate of the equipments.
