摘  要:围海造地软弱地基普遍存在浅层吹填土+深层饱和软黏土的典型"二元"地层结构特征,一般具高压缩性、高含水量、高灵敏度、承载力低的"三高一低"特点,甚至存在严重的液化性能。上部新近吹填土层的性质是决定综合处理技术思路和方法的关键。复合排水动力固结法强调将软土表面静覆盖压力(如砂垫层、硬壳层、填土层)、动力荷载(如强夯、冲压)及其残余后效力与快速排水体系(主动抽排:真空、泵吸等;被动排水:砂井、袋装砂井、塑料排水板等)进行有机结合对饱和软土地基进行加固。该技术对围海造地普遍存在的"二元"地层结构软弱地基的综合处理具有很好的应用前景。The typical binary stratum structure feature consists of the shallow dredger fill and the deep saturated soft clay,which is ubiquitous in the soft foundation of reclaiming land from the sea. The general characteristics of this soft foundation are high compressibility,high water content,high sensitivity and low bearing capacity.Sometimes the soft foundation even exists of serious liquefaction performance. The nature of the recent upper soil fill is the key to determine the comprehensive treatment technology ideas and methods. The composite drainage dynamic consolidation method emphasizes that the reinforce of soft foundation should combine the static pressure on soft soil surface( such as sand cushion,crust layer,soil layer),the dynamic load( such as dynamic compaction,stamping) and its residual effect with rapid drainage system( active drainage: vacuum pumping,pump suction;passive drainage: sand well,sand bags,plastic drainage plate,et. al) together. The technology has a good application prospect in comprehensive treating the reclamation soft foundation with the ubiquitous typical binary stratum structure feature.
