摘 要:针对CFBB(循环流化床锅炉)燃烧系统分别选择了分散、集中多变量及部分分散3种控制方案。首先基于模型预测控制的PID方法,在分析分散控制结构的基础上设计了分散控制器,并与集中多变量控制器进行比较。结果表明CFBB燃烧系统具有较强耦合性,分散控制不能取得较好的效果。为了克服集中控制器结构复杂,参数不宜整定的问题,采用部分分散控制结构对该系统进行调整。在采用Gramian方法对模型进行部分分散控制分析基础上,对可选的两种部分分散控制结构进行了控制器设计,并与集中多变量控制进行了比较。结果表明:部分分散控制方法能够取得比分散控制更好的性能,可以达到与集中多变量控制相近的控制性能,而且结构更简单,便于工程实践,具有较好的应用价值。This paper investigated the decentralized,centralized,and partially decentralized control structures for circulating fluidized bed boiler( CFBB) combustion system. A PID design method was first proposed based on model predictive control method,and then a decentralized PID controller was designed after RGA analysis. Compared to centralized PID controller,the decentralized controller is inferior in decoupling and robustness performance. To overcome the difficulty in implementation and tuning of centralized controller,partially decentralized controllers were designed.Two partially decentralized control structures were determined based on Gramian method,and the corresponding performance and robustness were compared with both centralized and decentralized controllers. Simulation results show that partially decentralized controllers are superior to the decentralized one and also can achieve comparable performance as the centralized one. Furthermore,it has a simpler structure and is easier to implement and tune,and thus more applicable in practice.
