摘 要:提出了一种烘缸干燥与热风干燥相结合的新型湿法制革干燥方案,利用功能园区内热电厂产生的蒸汽来代替导热油进行湿法制革所需的加热风,从而在热电联产中实现蒸汽的有效利用,同时降低合成革生产过程中的干燥成本,并提高合成革生产过程的安全性。本研究基于新方案的基布(非织造布经过浸渍或涂层树脂后形成的纤维-树脂复合材料)供汽流程、蒸汽供热系统总体控制,以及前馈反馈控制、选择控制和PID(比例-积分-微分)控制等控制算法,并给出了基于S7-300 PLC(可编程控制器)的DCS(集散控制系统)。本控制系统特别适用于当前国家正大力推广的热电联产合成革功能园区的湿法制革生产线。To improve the traditional drying technology of wet synthetic leather,a new drying scheme of combining cylinder drying and hot air drying in the wet synthetic leather was put forward. This scheme uses the steam generated from the combined heat and power( CHP) in functional industrial park to replace the heat conducting oil in the hot air heating process. It not only makes full use of steam produced from CHP,but also reduces the drying cost and improves the safety of synthetic leather process. In this paper,the steam flow for the fabric based on the new drying scheme,general control strategy for steam supply system,feedforward and feedback controls,selective control and PID control algorithms were presented in detail,followed by the DCS control system based on S7-300 PLC. This presented control system is especially suitable for the production line of wet synthetic leather using CHP in the functional industrial park which is vigorously promoted by the current government,and has broad application prospects.
