云南德钦9名藏族患儿甲损害病例调查分析

摘　　要：目的调查云南德钦县某幼儿园小班幼儿集中发生甲损害事件,分析发生原因。方法采用走访、调查的方法了解患儿各方面健康情况及周边环境状况。结果该幼儿园曾有手足口病爆发流行,9名甲损害患儿发病前有4例曾明确诊断"手足口病"(44.4%),有4例疑似"手足口病"(44.4%),有1例曾患"水痘"(11.1%),只有1例为无特殊病史(11.1%)。结论本次甲损害事件与病毒感染尤其手足口病有密切关系,推测甲损害为手足口病的一种中远期并发症。Objective To investigate the onychomadesis cases in a kindergarten belong to Deqing county of Yunnan Province and to discover the reason. Methods The health condtions and surrounding environments of those onychomadesis patients were collected by home visit and investigation. Results The kindergarten has been out broken the hand-foot-mouth disease（ HFMD）.There are 9 onychomadesis cases and before they suffer the disease,4 have been diagnosed as HFMD,4 suspected as HFMD,1 diagnosed as varicella and 1 was normal. Conclusions The onychomadesis cases were linked closely with virus diseases,especially HFMD.We suppose that onychomadesis is a medium and long-term complication of HFMD.
