摘 要:以自行设计的反应装置为基础,以粉煤灰为原料制备的轻质陶粒为载体,对其进行生物挂膜,并用于处理市政污水。整个挂膜过程中采用连续进水方式,HRT控制在24 h左右。定期对出水COD、TN、TP进行检测,并通过扫描电镜观察经过A/O工艺中好氧区和厌氧区的陶粒形态结构特征的变化。结果表明,以粉煤灰为原料制备的轻质生物陶粒具有较好的净水效果。在A/O工艺中,COD、TN、TP去除率分别可达83.57%、74.61%、80.17%,而在整个挂膜和污水处理期间p H基本维持在8~9。以粉煤灰为原料制备的轻质生物陶粒孔隙率高,比表面积大,有利于微生物的吸附和固定,取得了较好的挂膜效果。Reactor designed by the author was used as fundamental equipment;light ceramic made from fly ash was as carrier for culturing and treating municipal sewage.During entire process,influent modes was continuous,hydraulic retention time was about 24 h,quantity of flow and aeration rate were needed to regulate.Some removal rates of pollutants such as COD,TN,TP of effluent were detected.The shapes and structures of ceramics in aerobic zone and anaerobic zone were observed by SEM.The results show that the ceramic made from fly ash has a good effect on purifying sewage.In A/O process,the removal rate of COD could reach 83.57%.The removal rates of TN and TP are about 74.61%,80.17%,respectively.Also the change of p H is not obvious during entire process,within the scope of 8~9.That the light bio-ceramic made from fly ash has high porosity and specific surface area which is in favor of absorbing microorganisms.As a result,in A/O process,the ceramic in aerobic zone and anaerobic zone both absorb a large amount of microorganisms,obtaining a decent culturing effect.This research provides a new idea for the recycling use of fly ash and has practical significance and long-range social meaning.
