摘 要:采用MBR处理石化废水,研究不同曝气方式对膜污染特征的影响。结果表明,当曝气强度分别为3.00、0.75、0.75-1.50和0.75-1.50-3.00 m^3/(m^2·h)时,MBR达到设定的最大跨膜压差20 kPa的时间分别为25.67、19.17、23.00、26.17 h,TMP的增长速率K分别由1.26、0.82、1.32、0.95 Pa/s增大到5.45、5.43、5.52、3.34 Pa/s,MBR总处理水量分别为33.88、25.30、30.36、34.54 L。MBR对COD、TOC和氨氮的平均去除率分别为79.30%、75.04%、64.94%。由此可知,动态曝气方式(0.75-1.50-3.00 m^3/(m^2·h))能够降低TMP增长速率,缓解膜污染,延长MBR运行时间,增加总处理水量。A laboratory-scale membrane bioreactor(MBR) for petrochemical wastewater treatment was carried out to investigate the effect of different aeration conditions on characteristics of membrane fouling.The results showed that the operation time for reaching the maximum of trans membrane pressure TMP_(max)=20 kPa was 25.67,19.17,23 and 26.17 h under the aeration intensity of 3.00,0.75,0.75-1.50 and 0.75-1.50-3.00 m^3/(m^2·h),respectively.The growth rate of trans membrane pressure,which was defined as K,increased from 1.26,0.82,1.32 and 0.95 Pa/s to 5.45,5.43,5.52 and 3.34 Pa/s,respectively.The total quantity of MBR effluent under the four different aeration conditions amounted to 33.88,25.30,30.36 and 34.54 L.The average removal rate of COD,TOC and ammonia nitrogen was 79.30%,75.04%and 64.94%,respectively.The results could be concluded that the growth rate of trans membrane pressure was reduced under the dynamic aeration of 0.75-1.50- 3.00 m3/(m^2·h),the membrane fouling was relieved effectively,the operation time and the capacity to treat the petrochemical wastewater increased.
