摘  要:为了研究装载机铲斗插入角度对插入阻力的影响,运用离散单元法建立了ZL30型装载机铲斗插入碎石的仿真模型,对铲斗在插入过程中的受力进行了仿真和分析。研究结果表明:随着插入角度的增加,插入阻力增大;插入角度在0°~7°范围内变化时,插入阻力变化较小;当插入角度超过7°之后,插入阻力随插入角度的增大而剧烈增加。这表明装载机铲斗插入料堆时,为避免插入阻力剧烈增加,插入角度应控制在0°~7°范围内,这为减小装载机插入阻力的研究提供了一定的理论基础。In order to study the influence of the inserting angle of the loader bucket on inserting resistance, the simulation model was built by discrete element method(DEM) to characterize real insertion process of ZL30 loader, and the force state of the bucket during insertion process was simulated and analyzed. The study results showed: the inserting resistance enhanced with the inserting angle increased; the inserting resistance varied slightly while the inserting angle ranged from 0° to 7°; after the inserting angle exceeded 7°, the inserting resistance sharply enhanced with the inserting angle increased. The results indicated the inserting angle should be controlled within 0°~ 7°to avoid the sharp increase of the inserting resistance during the loader bucket inserting bulk pile. It offered some theoretical foundation for the study on reducing the inserting resistance of the loader.
