摘  要:为了更好地对PFQ型破碎机进行设计研究,利用计算机辅助设计与分析的优越性,在PFQ150型破碎机结构设计的基础上,对破碎机转子进行自由模态和预应力分析,得到前6阶固有频率和振型,为改善其结构设计提供一定依据。通过计算得到破碎物料时的最大破碎力及作用时间,并将最大破碎力直接施加在板锤上,应用Workbench瞬态动力学分析转子结构的变形和应力分布情况,得知转子的设计符合工况要求,并找到应力集中严重的部位,分析原因并提出解决办法,为破碎机设计与分析提供参考。In order to better design and research PFQ series crusher, the paper took use of the superiority of CAD design and analysis, and conducted free modal analysis and pre-stress modal analysis of the rotor of PFQ150 crusher based on its structural design. And then, it obtained the natural frequency and vibration mode of preceding six orders, which offered some reference for its structural improvement. After calculating the maximum crushing force on breaking material, the paper analyzed the action duration of the maximum crushing force, and directly applied the maximum crushing force onto the plate hammer. The transient dynamics module of ANSYS Workbench was applied to analyze the deformation and stress distribution of the rotor, the analysis results showed the design of the rotor met the requirements of operation mode. In addition, the location where the stress most concentrated was identified, and the causes were analyzed and the solutions were proposed, which offered references for the design and analysis of the crusher.
