摘  要:以某轴向柱塞变量泵的开发为研究平台,根据线磨损规律和配合联接体磨损量计算方法,针对目前柱塞泵常用的平面配流和球面配流方式,分别推导了磨损量的预测公式。从结构的角度出发,计算对比了同等接触条件下且润滑特性相同时的磨损量。结果表明,与平面配流副相比,球面配流副可以减少约50%的磨损量,有效提高柱塞泵的使用寿命。通过工业性试验,验证了理论推导结果的正确性。The development of an axial piston variable pump was taken as the research platform. According to linear abrasion laws and the calculation method of abrasion loss of joint connectors, the paper respectively deduced the formula of predicting the abrasion loss according to common planar and spherical port mode of the piston pump. From the point of the structure, it also calculated and contrasted the abrasion loss at the same contact condition and the same lubrication characteristics. The results showed: compared with the planar port pair, the spherical port pair was contributive for decreasing 50% of abrasion loss, which effectively enhanced the service life of the piston pump. Finally, industrial test verified the correctness of the theoretical deduction.
